MOTORE di ELITE

​FRIDAY EARLY LOAD-IN​​​

Friday, October 9th — 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• Participants who are able to load in on Friday are strongly encouraged to do so.

• Friday early load-in allows you to complete check-in and have your vehicle positioned in the Fanzone ahead of Saturday morning.

• This option is especially encouraged for participants transporting vehicles by trailer, as it provides additional time for unloading, staging and placement without the larger volume of vehicles arriving Saturday morning.

 

Friday Arrival Process

• Enter Daytona International Speedway through Gate 40 off S. Williamson Blvd.

• Immediately after entering Gate 40, make a RIGHT and follow MOTORE di ELITE signage and staff directions.

• Our team will check you in, provide your participant credentials and direct you through the staging process before escorting you to your assigned exhibition location in the Fanzone.

 

SATURDAY EVENT DAY LOAD-IN

Saturday, October 10th — Check-In Begins at 7:00 AM

• If you are loading in Saturday morning, please be prepared to begin the show vehicle check-in process at 7:00 AM SHARP!!!

IMPORTANT — TRAILERED VEHICLES

• If you are transporting your show vehicle by trailer on Saturday, your vehicle must be unloaded and ready to enter the check-in process by 7:00 AM.

• Please arrive early enough to unload your vehicle before check-in begins.

SATURDAY LOAD-IN PROCESS

STEP 1 — ARRIVE AT GATE 40

• Enter Daytona International Speedway through Gate 40 off S. Williamson Blvd.

• Immediately after entering Gate 40, make a RIGHT.

• MOTORE di ELITE signage and event staff will direct you to the designated participant check-in area.

STEP 2 — ENTER THE SHOW VEHICLE CHECK-IN LINE

• Proceed to the designated MOTORE di ELITE Show Vehicle Check-In line.

• Please have your event ticket ready to be scanned.

• If you do not have your ticket available, let a staff member know and provide your name so we can locate your registration.

STEP 3 — RECEIVE YOUR CREDENTIALS

• Once you have checked in, you will receive your participant credentials (Lanyard, Wristband and Numbered Mirror Hang Tag).

• Please put on your credential lanyard immediately and keep it on while inside the event.

STEP 4 — DISPLAY YOUR NUMBERED MIRROR HANG TAG

• Make sure your numbered mirror hang tag is clearly visible so event staff can identify your vehicle.

• Your number will be used throughout staging and placement to direct you to your assigned exhibition location.

• Keep your hang tag visible throughout the entire load-in process.

STEP 5 — MOVE INTO YOUR DESIGNATED STAGING POSITION

• After check-in, event staff will place you in your designated position in line for entry into the infield.

• Please remain in your assigned position.

• Do not change positions or proceed into the infield until directed by event staff.

STEP 6 — PROCEED INTO THE INFIELD & FANZONE

• When instructed, you will proceed with your designated group into the Daytona International Speedway infield and toward the Fanzone.

• Event staff will be positioned along the route to direct you.

• Please drive slowly, maintain a safe distance between vehicles and follow all staff instructions.

STEP 7 — PARK IN YOUR ASSIGNED EXHIBITION SPACE

• Once you arrive in the Fanzone, MOTORE di ELITE staff will direct you to your assigned exhibition location.

• Vehicle placement has been planned in advance as part of the overall show layout. Please do not select or change spaces unless directed by MOTORE di ELITE staff.

• Once your vehicle is positioned, please keep it in its assigned location so our team can complete final preparations for the show.

IMPORTANT LOAD-IN REMINDERS

• Friday Early Load-In: October 9th beginning at 2:00 PM

• Saturday Load-In: October 10th beginning at 7:00 AM

• Saturday trailered vehicles must be unloaded and ready for check-in by 7:00 AM

• All show vehicles must be positioned in the Fanzone by 10:00 AM Saturday

• Enter Daytona International Speedway through Gate 40 off S. Williamson Blvd.

• Make an immediate RIGHT after entering Gate 40

• Have your event ticket ready to scan

• Keep your numbered mirror hang tag clearly visible

• Wear your credential lanyard

• Remain in your assigned staging position until directed to move

• Drive slowly and carefully while moving through the Speedway

• Follow all MOTORE di ELITE and Daytona International Speedway staff instructions throughout the load-in process

 

FRIDAY LOAD-IN IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED

With a large number of vehicles participating in the inaugural MOTORE di ELITE, taking advantage of Friday early load-in whenever possible will help make Saturday morning significantly more efficient for everyone.

If your schedule allows—particularly if you are bringing a trailered vehicle—we encourage you to load in Friday afternoon.​
