By purchasing, receiving, transferring, accepting, presenting, or using a ticket or add-on, the purchaser and ticket holder acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Information
Motore di Elite is scheduled for:
Saturday, October 10, 2026
Daytona International Speedway
Daytona Beach, Florida
Motore di Elite is organized and produced by Morning Motor Events, LLC under the Motore di Elite brand.
The event date, operating hours, admission times, parking locations, exhibition areas, activities, vehicle displays, speakers, entertainment, sponsors, vendors, and schedule are subject to change.
2. Ticket as a Revocable License
Each ticket grants the ticket holder a limited, revocable license to enter the areas of Motore di Elite authorized by the specific ticket type.
A ticket does not grant ownership rights, a guaranteed view of any activity, access to restricted areas, or participation in any experience not specifically included with or separately added to the ticket order.
Motore di Elite and Daytona International Speedway reserve the right to revoke admission, refuse entry, or remove any individual for violating these Terms, venue policies, event instructions, or applicable law.
Tickets that are revoked because of misconduct, fraud, unauthorized resale, safety concerns, or a violation of event or venue rules will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Ticket Types and Included Access
Each ticket is valid only for the admission, parking privilege, experience, or package identified in its description.
General Admission and Car Club Corral tickets provide access to the daytime Motore di Elite experience and the specific benefits included with the selected ticket type.
DRIVEN: An Evening of Purpose is a separate ticketed experience and is not included with General Admission or Car Club Corral tickets. The experience may be added separately during the checkout process, subject to availability.
Unless expressly included in the ticket description or purchased separately during checkout, General Admission and Car Club Corral tickets do not include:
-
Admission to DRIVEN: An Evening of Purpose.
-
VIP hospitality or access to the Daytona 500 Club.
-
Vehicle exhibition registration.
-
Restricted paddock, garage, track, operational, or credentialed areas.
-
Food, beverages, merchandise, or other separately priced activities.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing each ticket and add-on description before completing their order.
4. General Admission Tickets
A General Admission ticket provides daytime admission for the number of guests stated on the ticket to the 2026 Motore di Elite.
General Admission does not include Car Club Corral parking, reserved parking, reserved seating, vehicle exhibition placement, VIP hospitality, or admission to DRIVEN: An Evening of Purpose unless a qualifying experience has been separately added to the order.
Parking locations, entry gates, check-in procedures, and operating hours will be communicated before the event and remain subject to change.
5. Car Club Corral Tickets
A Car Club Corral ticket provides the daytime admission and designated corral-parking privileges stated in the ticket description.
Corral access is subject to:
-
The vehicle being associated with the applicable participating car club.
-
Available parking capacity.
-
Arrival during the designated corral check-in period.
-
Compliance with vehicle, parking, safety, and venue requirements.
-
Presentation of any required ticket, parking credential, or club identification.
Car Club Corral parking is not a vehicle exhibition placement and does not guarantee judging, awards eligibility, a particular parking space, proximity to another vehicle, or inclusion in event photography.
Motore di Elite may assign, modify, consolidate, relocate, or reconfigure corral parking based on attendance, capacity, safety, weather, traffic, or operational requirements.
Late arrivals may be directed to alternate parking and will not be entitled to a refund or price adjustment.
Admission to DRIVEN: An Evening of Purpose is not included with a Car Club Corral ticket unless separately purchased or added during checkout.
6. Add-On Experiences
Certain experiences may be offered as separately priced add-ons during the checkout process.
Available add-ons may include:
-
Admission to DRIVEN: An Evening of Purpose.
-
Other premium experiences, hospitality, parking, merchandise, or event enhancements.
Add-ons are subject to availability, capacity limitations, eligibility requirements, operating schedules, and any separate terms, waivers, or instructions associated with the experience.
Purchasing General Admission or a Car Club Corral ticket does not guarantee that an add-on will remain available.
Each purchaser is responsible for confirming that all intended tickets and add-ons appear in the order before completing checkout.
7. Purchaser and Ticket-Holder Responsibilities
The purchaser is responsible for:
-
Providing accurate contact and payment information.
-
Reviewing the ticket type, add-ons, and order details before completing the purchase.
-
Distributing tickets only to the intended ticket holders.
-
Ensuring each ticket holder receives and agrees to these Terms.
-
Monitoring event communications and updates.
-
Protecting ticket barcodes, QR codes, links, and account credentials.
A purchaser who acquires tickets for other individuals represents that they are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf or will provide the Terms to each ticket holder before the ticket is used.
Each attendee is responsible for confirming the event date, operating hours, entry procedures, parking instructions, add-on schedules, and venue policies before traveling to the event.
8. Digital Tickets and Entry
A valid ticket or credential must be presented for admission.
Separate tickets, QR codes, credentials, or confirmations may be issued for add-on experiences. Possession of a General
Admission or Car Club Corral ticket does not establish that an add-on was purchased.
Tickets may be scanned electronically. Screenshots, photocopies, damaged tickets, altered tickets, duplicate tickets, or tickets obtained through an unauthorized source may be refused.
When multiple copies of the same ticket are presented, the first valid scan may be accepted, and all subsequent copies may be denied.
Motore di Elite is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, duplicated, shared, misdirected, deleted, or delivered to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser.
Ticket holders should have their digital tickets and any add-on credentials downloaded and readily available before arriving at the applicable entry or check-in location.
9. Sales, Fees, Refunds, and Exchanges
All ticket and add-on sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Motore di Elite.
Tickets and add-ons are nonrefundable and may not be exchanged because of:
-
A change in personal plans or availability.
-
Illness, travel interruption, transportation issues, or scheduling conflicts.
-
Weather conditions.
-
Traffic, parking delays, or late arrival.

-

-
Removal or denial of entry resulting from a violation of these Terms or venue policies.
Ticketing, credit-card, service, delivery, processing, and platform fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.
10. Event Changes, Postponement, and Cancellation
Motore di Elite may modify, postpone, relocate, shorten, suspend, reschedule, or cancel all or part of the event or an individual experience because of weather, safety concerns, governmental action, venue restrictions, emergencies, public-health conditions, labor disruptions, acts of God, security threats, equipment failures, track conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ reasonable control.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refund will be issued solely because of the change in date or time.
If Motore di Elite is canceled in its entirety and is not rescheduled, the organizer may offer a refund, credit, replacement ticket, or another remedy as communicated to purchasers.
If an individual add-on experience is canceled, the remedy available to affected purchasers, if any, will be communicated separately and may be limited to the purchase price of that add-on.
The organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, childcare, lost wages, or other expenses incurred in connection with attending the event or participating in an add-on experience.
11. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Tickets and add-ons are intended for personal use.
Tickets may not be resold on Daytona International Speedway property or resold for more than their original face value.
Tickets obtained through unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, contests, promotions, or other unofficial sources may be counterfeit, duplicated, invalid, or subject to cancellation.
Motore di Elite is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized ticket purchases or transfers.
The unauthorized resale, attempted resale, duplication, alteration, or commercial distribution of tickets or add-ons may result in cancellation without refund.
Parking credentials, hospitality credentials, DRIVEN admission, and other add-ons may not be sold or transferred separately from the associated order unless expressly authorized.
12. Venue Rules and Security Screening
All attendees must comply with the current rules, policies, entry requirements, and instructions established by Motore di Elite and Daytona International Speedway.
Attendees and their belongings may be subject to inspection or security screening before or during entry.
Items that are prohibited, unsafe, disruptive, oversized, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate may be refused at the discretion of venue security or event management.
Restricted items may not be stored at an admission gate. Attendees may be required to return prohibited items to their vehicle or dispose of them before entering.
Venue entry policies and lists of permitted and prohibited items may change without notice. Attendees are responsible for reviewing the current Daytona International Speedway entry policies before attending.
Refusal to comply with an inspection, security procedure, or venue instruction may result in denial of entry or removal without refund.
